Ongoing Projects:Maintaining integrity and safety of both dams; Lake Shore Entrance and Otto Drive Entrance. Our devoted maintenance team, is always monitoring and clearing underbrush, fallen debris, and adding concrete pieces to side erosions of the dam.  Most recently, installation of large drainage pipes to allow for overflow as needed. During July our maintenance crew is busy clearing an overgrown lot and vacant home lot on Lake Shore.  We have been monitoring several sightings of gator activity.  Reports are made to our local trappers to assist as needed. Installation of gates and fence is necessary to secure dam areas and to keep all residents safe 24/7.  The gates deter suspicious activities and individuals; to include the transport of illegal drugs, excessive public alcohol use, and unlawful use of firearms, etc. 

Current Project:  We have volunteers to help with a Terry Drive Cleanup!  There are approximately 10 lots on Terry Drive with only 2 families currently.  We have asked for outside assistance in a serious clean up of this neglected, abandoned street.  The road signs are hidden in overgrown brush and trees.  This area is a health hazard and we are seeking City and County assistance in this matter!
